Where do you source your products from?
Our yarns are sourced from China.
Our Hemp Fabrics are manufactured in India with the yarns we source from China.
Do you provide any certifications?
We are GOTS Certified, however for 100% hemp a GOTS TC is not available as it is not mass produced. We can only provide an OCS Certificate for the organic cotton blend of the yarn and fabric if necessary.
How can I see the samples of these fabrics?
For Yarns 1 – 5KG samples can be requested, however given the price of the yarns, sampling charges will be applied.
For Fabrics 1 – 20 Meter samples can be requested, however given the price of the yarns, sampling charges will be applied.
What is the availability of the yarns and your MOQ?
We prefer building relationships with our clients and ordering the yarns as per a timeline provided.
Due to the custom nature of the hemp yarns our MOQ for ordering some yarns range from 500 to 1000KGs.
Our timelines for our yarns are It’s usually between 40 to 45 days to reach India if the yarn is in stock with our supplier in China.
When can I exchange or return a product?
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. If you find a genuine quality concern in the hemp yarn or fabric you have ordered we will issue a credit note. After the 48 hour period we cannot accept the return of the product.
How can I track my order?
Depending on what contact details you provide, once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or a text with your tracking details.
Can I customize my fabrics?
All our fabrics are made to order, this is our main competitive advantage and what keeps us dominant in the Indian hemp market. Please let us know your requirements and we will customize the fabrics accordingly.
